Feeling Sick on the Shot? Let’s Fix What’s Missing.

Personalized nutrition plans for GLP-1 users to ease side effects, restore nutrients, and feel healthy again.

Why the shot isn’t enough

Millions of people have turned to GLP-1 medications, such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound, to manage their weight, and many have achieved remarkable results.

But the process isn’t always easy.

And what happens when you stop taking it?

For many, side effects like nausea, constipation, reflux, or abdominal pain make it hard to continue. You’re thrilled about the weight loss but not the fatigue, queasiness, or frustration that come with it.

Others reach their goal weight, only to watch pounds creep back as hunger returns and “food noise” grows louder.

Most people can’t or shouldn’t stay on these medications forever. In fact, research shows that people often regain up to two-thirds of the weight they lost once they stop treatment.

That’s where I come in.

As a nutritionist and former registered dietitian with over 30 years of experience, I’ve worked exclusively with weight-management patients for years. My goal is simple. I will help you maximize the benefits of your GLP-1 success without compromising your overall well-being.

From personalized nutrition plans that ensure you’re getting the nutrients your body needs while on medication, to custom strategies for transitioning off the shot while maintaining your weight, I create a plan tailored entirely to you.

Short-term success doesn’t have to end when the medication does.

I’ll help you build lasting, sustainable habits so you can maintain your results and feel your best for the long term.

Why work with Sharon while on a GLP-1

GLP-1 medications can be powerful tools, but they’re only part of the solution. Without a strong nutritional foundation, it’s easy to:

• Feel unwell from nutrient deficiencies and side effects

• Lose muscle or energy while appetite drops

• Regain weight once you stop taking the medication

That’s why experts recommend starting a nutrition and behavior program while you’re still on your GLP-1.

Sharon’s program addresses the full journey:
